We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the center of Sapa, with stunning views of the mountains. The room was lovely and clean, and we even had the luxury of breakfast on the balcony, which was a highlight of our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were impressed with the high level of service and the effort they put into accommodating our requests. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Our room was clean and comfortable with great amenities, including a warm swimming pool. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

The lunch seemed to be a bit overpriced for the quality of food.

The rooftop pool offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and the breakfast spread had a decent variety of options. the hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore the area on foot. we appreciated the comfortable bed which allowed for a good night's sleep.

This romantic escape was soured by the lack of attention to detail from the hotel staff. Despite requesting a room with a view, we were given one which overlooked the street instead.

They quickly arranged transportation to the hospital and even provided a staff member to help with translations. Within no time, he received medical attention and medication. Their care and support truly made our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.
